Welcome to my Kitchen!

This being the first post, I won't post a recipe yet... On this blog, I plan to post experiments of foods I make from scratch, recipes I get offline and from books, and multi-generational family recipes. I'm not afraid to post failures either. If something goes wrong, people should know about it so they can avoid it and I can learn from my mistake. Here's to a good year full of good friends and good food.

  1. I'm thinking that the first recipe needs to be salt and pepper prawns breaded in gluten free panko, on top of rice sauteed with onions and mushrooms.
